With our "Throne farm Medley" blends we aim to use our experience to offer an all round balanced juice.

These are grown in Little Harp orchard or Banky & Harp agroforestry.

Using a mulch beneath the trees and balanced nutrition, no chemical sprays have been used at all on the fruit this year.

Mainly based on Dabinett and Harry Masters Jersey varieties.

Conveniently packaged in a new 25 ltr plastic drum which is strong enough to use as a fermentation vessel in combination with an airlock device

Unless specified, all fruit is shake & catch harvested and refrigerated or pressed immediately on site with our Amos belt press .

Whilst reviewing our packaging, we realised that less plastic is used, per litre of juice, in the 25litre format than all others up to 220 litre drums!
