Using a mulch beneath the trees and balanced nutrition, no chemical sprays have been used at all on the fruit this year.

With our "Throne farm Medley" we assess the seasons fruit and aim to use our experience to blend an all round balanced, predominantly bittersweet juice.

Harry Masters Jersey juice classified as a full Bitttersweet with excellent high levels of Sugars and Tannins. Available in late October, the fruit is grown in an agroforestry system in "Banky" field.

Our Dabinettt juices suits customers who want the consistency of a well rounded single variety, a Medium bittersweet it has a soft but full bodied tannin.

If you can offload with a forklift then there is an option to fill the IBC with an extra 100 Litre of juice (1 top up only per ibc), you will need to re-enter the product page to add this option on a separate order line

Unless specified, all fruit is shake & catch harvested and refrigerated or pressed immediately on site with our Amos belt press

Supplied in rebottled IBC's, this eliminates the risk of contamination found in reused IBC's, whilst still mitigating some environmental impact and cost. They are strong enough to use as a fermentation vessel in combination with an airlock device and can be easily resold to recoup costs.
