Our Dabinettt juices suits customers who want the consistency of a well rounded single variety, a Medium bittersweet it has a soft but full bodied tannin. As ever, this includes the reassurance that we only use top quality, clean "shake and catch harvested fruit".

Using a mulch beneath the trees and balanced nutrition, no chemical sprays have been used at all on the fruit this year.

These are grown in Little Harp orchard or Harp agroforestry

Conveniently packaged in a new 220 ltr plastic drum which is strong enough to use as a fermentation vessel in combination with an airlock device

Unless specified, all fruit is shake & catch harvested and refrigerated or pressed immediately on site with our Amos belt press .

Heritage apple juice blend 220 Litre

Although we can offer a dizzying array of Heritage varieties with this option, because of limitations of the larger trees, we only offer juice using fruit harvested off the floor. This is therefore a more risky option in regard to not knowing what profile of juice might result.
