Over the past nine months, we have collaborated with Weobley brewery to develop a cherry beer. The Kelleriis cherry variety is very popular for fruit beer production on the continent. We however preferred the American style brewing method based on a wheat beer, but it’s the cherries that give it the real zing. No surprises that Tom has run out of this years stock but he has a great range of other beers that will tide us over to next year!
